“We are a family of 8 and we thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay at the Blue Moon villa, Barbados. At first, it was difficult to find a place that we thought would fit all of our needs and that we would be extremely happy with, but this property turned out to be perfect! The villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable (thanks to the very efficient housekeeper). It is stocked with everything you might need: a washing machine (especially if you are travelling with children), fridge, oven, microwave, wireless internet, etc. It’s the best possible villa for a large group, enough room for everyone (each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom). Not only did this house exceed our expectations but Karen was extremely accommodating and helpful the entire stay. She is very knowledgeable of the area and can set you up with anything you need! For the most part, we literally just laid out and relaxed by the pool (which was kept very clean) everyday, and had little to no reason to leave the property, except to check out a few restaurants in Holetown which is a town just 5 minutes away (by car) from the villa and some other great local spots, including the fabulous beach. Complimentary beach passes are included for sun beds and umbrellas at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion, which has one of the best beaches on the island and it’s just across the road from Blue Moon. This place is exactly what you’d imagine when you think of a tropical paradise, a beautifully decorated property surrounded by well maintained grounds. Incredible. Overall, our family had a really peaceful time here. It’s ideal if you want to relax, recharge and enjoy the local flavour! You must see it for yourself… The Blue Moon villa is one of a kind compared to other west coast villas in Barbados. We can’t wait to return!”
